Our full project management service will ensure that the right people are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing. Following project management methodologies will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Contract Administration
M Brebner are able to assist with preparation of the most appropriate form of contract (the legally binding document that establishes the obligations of each party to the contract). This initial preparation is coupled with periodic monitoring of progress on site in order to agree a value of the completed works for which payment is due. The amount due is stated in a Certificate of Payment provided to all parties and no money should change hands prior to the Certificate being issued.
Towards contract completion, we will carry out the following tasks:
- Preparation of a snagging list
- Completion of a final account
- Defects liability period agreement
- Percentage of retention.
