Rendered Finished Two Storey Side and Rear Extension in Rayleigh Essex.

We were working in Rayleigh last week.

A job we designed and produced the planning and building regulations drawings for was just around the corner.

This was on the same journey back to the office as for the last case study post, so a productive drive back.

Evidently, the building work was now complete,  so we took the liberty of taking a snap.

You can’t really tell its not original IMHO.

The extension is rendered and painted to match the original parts of the house and the roof blends in well.

We did not knock and go inside, however the builder seems to have done a good job based on the external appearance.
