New England Style Bungalow to house conversion in Rayleigh Essex

We were working in Rayleigh last week.

A job we designed and produced the planning and building regulations drawings for was just around the corner.

Evidently, the building work was now complete,  so we took the liberty of taking a snap.

Bungalow to house conversion with side dormers in Rayleigh Essex

The bungalow conversion was finished in a “New England” style modern low maintenance hardie plank type cladding.

The conversion made use of side dormers in order to keep build costs reasonable rather than a full on house conversion with additional floor etc.

This shows what can sometimes be achieved when you have a bunglaow with front facing gable and hopefully give you some ideas if you own a similar property.
